Richard Fryer is the founder of Performance Mindsets Consulting, a company that specialises in helping individuals, teams and organisations maximise their performance potential.
Richard has more than 25 years’ experience in strategic Human Resources, Organisational Development and Performance Coaching across diverse industries including telecoms, financial services and utilities in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a Registered Psychologist, Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, holds a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and recently commenced a PhD with the University of Queensland.
Richard is currently the national psychology lead for Archery Australia and a senior consultant with the Australian Institute of Sport.
