Richard Fryer is the founder of Performance Mindsets Consulting, a company that specialises in helping individuals, teams and organisations maximise their performance potential.
Richard has more than 23 years’ experience in strategic Human Resources, Organisational Development and Performance Coaching across diverse industries including telecoms, financial services and utilities in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a Registered Psychologist, Member of the Australian Psychological Society, and holds a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Performance Mindsets Consulting currently provides performance psychology support to Australia’s Olympic Archery and Women’s Water Polo teams, the Sunshine Coast Lightning Netball Team, the Australian Institute of Sport and the Queensland Academy of Sport.
